Proper roof and attic ventilation are important parts of your roof system. Roof venting, when properly installed, helps push heat and moisture out of your attic and pull in fresh air. When adequate venting is installed it reduces the temperature differential between the air inside and outside of your attic. This can reduce the risk of several serious roof problems that would reduce the life of your roof system.

Most roofs are vented in two manners. Either a continuous ridge vent, which is popular due to its discreet appearance and maximum ventilation; or standard attic vents which are generally placed every 8 to 9 feet and while it is less expensive it is much more conspicuous.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
