“I am writing this review because I am so happy with my windows. I had all of my windows replaced (11 with one being a picture window). They are the triple pane and I love that feature. It really cuts down on the noise from outside! I had old wood framed windows. I cleaned windows today, and was so appreciative of the ease with which I could reach and clean them. I somehow got the window crooked and broke off one of the pins. I called Michael Richichi and he came right over and you care of the problem. This is over a year ago that I had the replacement. I must say that working with this company has been great from the professional information given to me before my purchase, to the 1 day installation of all the windows, the clean up perfectly done and now a professional follow up that supports their product.
